Our public health-minded purpose enables us to expand access to lifesaving opioid overdose reversal medicines and affordable treatments for opioid use disorder – at no profit. Owned by a not-for-profit foundation, everything we do is centered on improving public health, saving lives, supporting recovery, and bringing forward medicines that make a meaningful difference.
Knoa Pharma is a public health-focused pharmaceutical company that is fully owned by an independent, 501(c)4 not-for-profit foundation. The foundation’s Board of Trustees holds 100% of the equity of Knoa Pharma. A separate Board of Directors is responsible for the operations of Knoa Pharma, ensuring the company uses its resources responsibly, sustainably and transparently to support opioid abatement and the individuals and communities affected by the opioid crisis.
