Knoa Pharma is a new company – dedicated at its core – to a mission of developing and bringing to market medicines to reverse opioid overdoses and treat opioid use disorder; responsibly manufacturing and distributing opioid analgesics; and advancing our robust pipeline of non-opioid investigative candidates intended to address several serious medical conditions. Knoa Pharma has candidates in clinical trials for central nervous system disorders, as well as oncology.
Knoa Pharma is governed by independent board members, and operates in a responsible manner, taking into account long-term public health interests related to the opioid crisis. Knoa Pharma is subject to operating covenants to ensure that all of our products, including all opioid products, are provided in a safe manner that reduces the risk of diversion.
